Yoga Camp for Young Women : A seriously fun and educational 5-day camp for young women at our beautiful yoga center off Rt 53 on the Kingston/Duxbury line.
Young women in their teens: 2nd week in August, young women aged 9-12: 3rd week in August. Cost is $375 for the week, space is limited, partial scholarships available.
August 21st, 7:00pm - 8:30pm, Sanctuary of Plymouth: Rock Your Hips Workshop. Amirah reviews basic hip movements while focusing on increased control and teaches new combinations and fun moves! $25. Plymouth.
August 24th, 5pm - 7pm, Egyptian Journey Meditation: Jodi St.Ogne leads a guided meditation using themes from Ancient Egyptian culture. $25 pre-reg/$30. Kingston.
August 29th, 6:30pm - 8:30pm, Reiki Night w/ Jodi St.Onge. Reiki treatments balance the body's energy along the Chi meridian lines. Similar to acupressure without the pressure! $25 / 30 min. Kingston.
